Eynsham Abbey Ponds are a pleasure to walk round.

Building work at the White Hart

This pub is probably the oldest building in Eynsham. The area where the new building work is going on was the Court House for the Newlands in 1215. Today, when the render was removed, this arch was exposed. The exposed wood of the roof looks interesting.

No cars in Queens Street

15 March 2007 ... all the cars have beenn cleared from the street for resurfacing. Wonderful!

Pinkhill Lock

Parked the bike in the hedge and took the footpath down to the lock. Met friend Iain walking Foxy and felt very shy about admitting how difficult I find walking and went back for the bike.
